The “Blue Hotel” project

The investment in the “Blue Hotel”, located in Vukovarska ulica in Zagreb, started with the process of buying the existing floors of the business facility which was built in 2008. The hotel comprises 5 floors with a total surface area of 961 m² and, additionally, 14 garage spaces and 2 outdoor parking spaces with a surface of 242 m². During the first phase of the project that started in 2019, 11 rooms, the reception, the restaurant and other common spaces were furnished, while 14 other rooms were furnished in the following year, as the investment continued.  The hotel is classified as a 4-star hotel, and it offers 7 types of accommodation units. The rooms are spacious (24 m²+), modernly equipped, soundproof, and some of them have access to the balcony and offer a view of the city. The hotel’s restaurant is available for the guests of the hotel as well as other visitors that are not staying at the hotel. The hotel is located at an excellent location, in immediate proximity of the very centre of the city, and it is also well connected with all of the most important traffic routes.
